This project required us to team up in groups of 4–5 students and devise a print, digital, and social media campaign to raise cyberbullying awareness and provide resources for those affected. We were challenged to highlight the reality and severity of cyberbullying innovatively, aiming to reduce its prevalence, provide support to its victims, and overall encourage help-seeking.
In my group, I had the role of creating a poster series that visually depicted the consequences of bullying.
Our angle for this campaign was to encourage accountability for the bully while empathizing with the victim, and I was in charge of creating a print poster series to hang in school hallways. Our friendly illustrations demonstrated the consequences of bullies' actions by showing their interactions with the victim and matched well with our angle and younger target audience.
